About this website
This is the personal website of Timothy Verhaeghe. It tells who I am and what I do, and lets you send me a message. You can use it for free.
No advice
What you read here is general information about my work and views. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. The investing page describes how I invest; it is not an offer to invest, and nothing on this site is a promise that I will invest in your company.
Messages you send
When you send a message, make sure it's correct and that you're allowed to share what's in it. Please don't send confidential information through the form; we can agree on how to share that once we're in touch. Sending me an idea or a pitch doesn't create any obligation for either of us, including confidentiality, unless we agree on that in writing.
Don't use the form to send spam, advertising or anything unlawful. Messages like that are deleted.
Content and copyright
The texts, photos and design of this website belong to Timothy Verhaeghe. You may link to the site and quote short parts with a mention of the source. For anything else, ask me first.
Availability and liability
I do my best to keep the site online and its information correct, but I can't guarantee that it's always available, complete or free of errors. I'm not liable for damage that results from using the site or relying on its information, except where the law doesn't allow that to be excluded, such as in case of intent or gross negligence.
Links to other websites
Where the site links to other websites, I'm not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Privacy
How your data is handled is explained on the privacy page.
Changes
I may change these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
Applicable law
Belgian law applies to these terms and to the use of this website. Disputes go to the competent courts in Belgium, unless the law gives you the right to go to a court where you live.
